Fabric jewellery is delicate and should be handles and worn with care because of it's natural wool qualities.
Plated jewellery naturally tarnishes with time so protect your jewellery to minimise this which can include removing jewellery when applying scents and lotions or washing in water; and remember that chlorine is especially damaging.
Use a soft lint free cloth or silver cleaner to clean brass, sterling silver and gold plate jewellery. To reduce tarnishing ideally store things in an air tight bag.
